I would like to expedite a stack of ten papers to South Korea from Northern California -- what is the best service: DHL, FED EX, or UPS?
Fed Ex and UPS are going to be the most expensive.
DHL (aka "Darn that's late!") will be cheapest, but I don't trust them, as they have a reputation of tardiness.
If you must ship it, I vote UPS. They will get there in a timely fashion.
If not, you should FAX, or EMAIL THEM! That would be, to me, the most efficient. You'd save literally hundreds of dollars.
